For you Crocodile Dundee fans you’ll remember the similarity to Nick’s famous saying: “That’s not a knife…THAT’S a knife.” I must tell you when I unpacked my new purse, I had the same thought! Looking at my old purse and then my new one, I said to myself now that’s a pocketbook! I could not stop laughing when I saw the size of the new one versus my old one. Just struck my funny bone! You’ll see what I mean when you look at the pictures below. I’ve been using my new pocketbook for about a week now, and I love it!! The size gave me some concern, but I love being able to take along a snack and a bottle of water tucked inside, or my kindle for idle moments at the doctor’s office. And more purse means more weight but I’m getting used to it. Knowing I have room to stash anything I want gives me a feeling of freedom, not to mention the great memories of my mom’s pocketbook. Most of all, I can’t help but smile every time I look at my new pocketbook!
